Give us a call, submit a form via our website or send us a message on Facebook.  We will have a few questions for you about the age and condition of your roof during this call.  Don't worry about being completely accurate, we just need to get some general information.  We will set an appointment on this call to come to your home for your free inspection.

Step 1 

Expect the inspection and estimating process to take at least an hour.  We promise to keep your needs in mind during this inspection instead of filling the time with sleazy, slimy high-pressure sales garbage.  We will either go up on your roof or do a drone inspection depending on the pitch and height of the roof.  We will gather pictures of problematic areas and put together a detailed assessment of the condition of your roof.  If it is possible, we like to look in your attic.  There's a lot of information in your attic that can help us get your estimate as accurate as possible.  Most times we are able to present you a full estimate at the end of the inspection.

Step 2

Day of install!  We prepared for this.  We know exactly where the dumpster and material are being placed.  We went over things like keeping your pets safe for the day and making sure your vehicles have a place to be parked out of the way.  We execute your own personal "property protection plan" that was discussed at your inspection.  Preparation is everything and having a plan for both you and us makes the day go smoothly.  Your worries and concerns have all been addressed and we are all working together like a well-oiled machine.  Our owner is present at every job we install for a significant amount of time making sure everything is up to his standards.

Step 3

Completion.  Our owner is there with you making sure we met your expectations and that everything is cleaned up properly.  We actually have a 12-point system when it comes to clean up to ensure we are leaving everything the way it was when we started.  We register all of your warranties and at this time we discuss when those will come through your email.  Last but not least, we discuss payment collection.
